🚀 Hiring: Accounts Receivable (AR) – Customer Billing 📍 Navi Mumbai Drilling & Machine Shop We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable professional to manage customer billing , receivables, and cost reporting for our drilling and machine shop operations. 🔑 What You’ll Do • Generate invoices for machining/fabrication, equipment servicing, rig maintenance, manpower call‑outs, and rental tools • Verify job cards, time sheets, service tickets, BHA repair sheets & material usage reports • Upload invoices to client portals ( ARAMCO / KOC / ONGC, etc.) • Track receivables, maintain ageing reports & ensure timely collections • Coordinate with rig managers & operations teams for billing documentation 📊 Cost Control & Reporting • Allocate costs to rigs, machine shop & operational cost centres • Maintain cost reports for consumables, spares & workshop jobs • Support month‑end closing (accruals, prepayments, GR/IR clearing, bank reconciliation) • Prepare MIS...
