 🚀 Hiring: Accounts Receivable (AR) – Customer Billing

📍 Navi Mumbai Drilling & Machine Shop

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable professional to manage customer billing, receivables, and cost reporting for our drilling and machine shop operations.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Generate invoices for machining/fabrication, equipment servicing, rig maintenance, manpower call‑outs, and rental tools

• Verify job cards, time sheets, service tickets, BHA repair sheets & material usage reports

• Upload invoices to client portals (ARAMCO / KOC / ONGC, etc.)

• Track receivables, maintain ageing reports & ensure timely collections

• Coordinate with rig managers & operations teams for billing documentation

📊 Cost Control & Reporting

• Allocate costs to rigs, machine shop & operational cost centres

• Maintain cost reports for consumables, spares & workshop jobs

• Support month‑end closing (accruals, prepayments, GR/IR clearing, bank reconciliation)

• Prepare MIS reports for management

✅ Compliance

• Ensure GST, TDS & statutory documentation accuracy

• Support audits & maintain rig/workshop documentation

• Adhere to company policies, safety standards & data integrity

🛠️ Skills & Qualifications

• Strong AR/AP knowledge in drilling, oilfield or heavy equipment industries

• Experience with fabrication/machine shop paperwork (GRN, job cards, service orders)

• Proficiency in SAP/Tally/ERP & advanced Excel

• Detail‑oriented with strong coordination skills
