In high-precision environments like CNC, lathe, milling, and welding zones, safety is non-negotiable. As our HSE Officer, you’ll be the frontline guardian of our workforce, ensuring every process meets the highest safety standards.
🧭 What You’ll Do
• Conduct daily inspections and enforce safety protocols
• Lead risk assessments and implement control measures
• Investigate incidents and drive preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with LOTO, PPE, fire, and chemical safety
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training sessions
• Maintain HSE documentation and regulatory reports
🎓 What You Bring
• Diploma/Degree in Safety or Environmental Management
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification (preferred)
• 5–8 years of HSE experience in manufacturing/workshop settings
• Strong understanding of mechanical operations and safety risks
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
